Join the Kroks
Want to join a tight-knit musical community and perform across the world? Join the Harvard Krokodiloes of 2026!

The Harvard Krokodiloes are Harvard's oldest a cappella group, founded in 1946 at the historic Hasty Pudding Club. Each year, the Kroks take our distinctive blend of jazz, funk, soul, and ballad arrangements to more than 20 countries around the world. From Sanders Theatre to Madison Square Garden to Sydney Opera House, the Kroks spread joy through music for a global audience. Past audiences have included US President Bill Clinton, King Bhumibol of Thailand, and President Mukherjee of India. At Harvard, the Kroks are the only a cappella group to tour the world several times every year, at no cost to their members.

Fall Auditions
Every year, new Kroks join us to bring our music to Sanders stage and across the world. If you have a love for music and a desire for adventure, we encourage you to audition!

Preliminary auditions for the Krokodiloes of 2025-2026 will be held in Farkas Hall, located at 12 Holyoke St, at the following times:

-
Saturday, September 6th, 8 PM - Midnight
-
Sunday, September 7th, 12 - 6 PM
What to expect
Like other Harvard a cappella groups, our audition process has two parts: preliminary auditions and callbacks.

Preliminary Auditions
The preliminary audition is designed to be short and sweet, taking not more than five to seven minutes. Throughout, you will be guided by our Music Director.

We will begin with a range check and pitch matching, followed by an optional sight singing exercise. Finally, you will get the chance to sing an unaccompanied solo of your choosing of approximately one minute in length.

A number of auditionees will then be invited to take part in our Callbacks, which will be held on the evenings of 9/9, 9/11, and 9/12.

Feel free to reach out to manager@kroks.com with any questions. We hope to see you soon!
